#The instrument
What is Kyzen Network?
One on-chain instrument on Robinhood Chain. It holds chip equity in a redeemable Reserve, pays stakers 1% of every trade and sells AI inference paid in $KYZN. See Overview.
What backs $KYZN?
The Reserve: tokenized chip equity bought with 2% of every trade, plus ETH not yet converted. Backing per $KYZN is Reserve value divided by total supply, updated every block. See The Reserve.
Which network and wallets work?
Robinhood Chain only, chain ID 4663. The app connects MetaMask, Rabby and Phantom. See Using the app.
#Token and tax
Why is the tax 4%?
It funds three shares: 2% to the Reserve, 1% to stakers and 1% to development. See Trade tax.
Where does the tax go?
The token contract collects it as $KYZN. On a sell, once the balance reaches 500,000 $KYZN, it sells the tax for ETH through Uniswap v2 Router02. The ETH splits 2 : 1 : 1 to the Reserve, Staking and development in the same transaction.
Can the tax go up?
No. The owner can lower the tax and cannot raise it, not even back to 4% after a cut. It never exceeds 4%.
Do wallet transfers pay tax?
No. The 4% applies only to buys and sells through the pool. Wallet-to-wallet transfers, staking and redemption are untaxed.
Why does a swap need more than 4% slippage?
The tax is taken from every buy and sell. Set slippage above 4% plus normal price movement. A buy delivers 96% of the $KYZN the pool sends.
Why Uniswap v2?
Router02 supports fee-on-transfer tokens through swapExactTokensForETHSupportingFeeOnTransferTokens. Uniswap v3 does not, and v4 needs a separate tax hook.
#Supply and locks
Is there a presale?
No. At deployment, 90% of supply goes to the liquidity pool and 10% to the team stream. No other allocation exists.
How are team tokens held?
100,000,000 $KYZN, 10% of supply, sit in a Sablier Lockup stream. Nothing is released for 6 months, then the stream releases linearly over 12 months. The stream is public from day one. See Token and launch.
Is liquidity locked?
Yes. All LP tokens are locked on UNCX (UniCrypt) for 12 months. The pool starts with 900,000,000 $KYZN and 3 ETH.
Is there a max wallet?
2% of supply, 20,000,000 $KYZN, for the first 30 minutes after trading is enabled. It is removed automatically.
Can more $KYZN be minted?
No. Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 and the token contract has no mint function. See Security model.
#Backing and redemption
How do I redeem?
Unstake first if the $KYZN is staked. Open Redeem, enter an amount and review the exact assets out. The contract burns the $KYZN and pays your share of every Reserve asset at backing minus 2%.
Can I redeem staked $KYZN?
No. Staked $KYZN is unstaked before redemption. Unstaking has no fee and no tax.
What does a redemption pay?
Units of every Reserve asset, in kind, unconverted ETH included. Burning 0.1% of supply pays 0.098% of each asset. See Redemption.
Is backing a price floor?
No. Backing sits below the market price early on. Redemption binds only when the price nears backing. See Risk.
Is there a cooldown?
No cooldown and no tax. The 2% fee stays in the Reserve, which raises backing for every remaining holder.
#Staking
How does staking pay?
Once every 24 hours anyone can call notifyRewards(). That day's ETH streams to stakers over the next 24 hours, per second, pro-rata to stake. Claims are pull-based, from the app.
Is staking locked?
No. Stake and unstake at any time, with no fee and no tax.
Do unstaked holders earn?
No. Only staked $KYZN earns the 1%.
Why are rewards paid in ETH?
The token contract sells the tax for ETH and splits that ETH 2 : 1 : 1 in one transaction. Stakers receive their 1% as that ETH. Compound mode turns it back into staked $KYZN, tax-free.
Which payout modes exist?
ETH sends ETH to the wallet. Compound buys $KYZN tax-free and adds it to the stake. Chip equity buys NVDA or AMD in market hours only, after counsel review. See Staking.
Do rewards expire?
No. Unclaimed rewards never expire.
Is there a reward rate?
No rate is published. The app shows rewards as ETH amounts from on-chain data.
#Products
What does the Scheduler do?
Each month it reads five supply-chain stages, names the binding one and writes five stage weights on-chain. A memo publishes before every rotation, and no stage exceeds 50%. The model does not pick stocks. See The Scheduler.
When is the first rotation?
The first memo publishes the day trading is enabled. The first rotation follows 30 days later. Until then, the Reserve targets NVDA and AMD, 50/50.
What does the Gateway charge?
The host dollar rate plus a 10% margin, priced in $KYZN. Each settlement window, the Gateway sells the $KYZN needed for the host bill and burns the rest. See Gateway.
Which models does the Gateway serve?
DeepSeek V4, Kimi K3, GLM-5.3 and Qwen3.8. Only open-weight models are served, through hosts whose terms permit resale.
What are the silicon markets?
Thirteen markets: the seven stock tokens and six synthetics (H100-HR, B200-HR, Frontier-hour composite, DRAM index, HBM4 contract, CoWoS capacity). Synthetics are minted against $KYZN plus USDG at a 150% collateral ratio. See Silicon markets.
When do synthetics open?
Each market opens once its tests are green and its feed methodology is published. Fee levels are set before the markets open.
#Access and security
What applies to U.S. persons?
Stock tokens may not be offered, sold or delivered to U.S. persons. Redemption and the chip-equity payout deliver stock tokens. The site applies no geoblock; the terms of use on the legal page govern access.
Which other jurisdictions restrict stock tokens?
Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland apply further restrictions.
Where are the contract addresses?
On this site only. See Contract addresses; each protocol contract is listed there once deployed.
How are the contracts tested?
Self-review plus unit, fuzz and invariant tests for every contract, run on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain ID 46630) first. See Security model.
How do I report a vulnerability?
Email info@kyzen.network. The contact is also listed in /.well-known/security.txt.
