Specification v1.4 · Revised 24 September 2026 · 8 sections
Each term is defined once. Terms are grouped by the part of Kyzen Network they belong to and sorted alphabetically within each group. Each group links to the page that states its rules in full.
#Names
The project name is written in full, as Kyzen Network, or as the ticker $KYZN. Its first word never stands alone.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| $KYZN | The Kyzen Network token, read kai-zen. A Solidity ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 and no mint function. See the token page. |
| Intelligence | The asset in the Kyzen Network lexicon. The backing is silicon: the equity of the companies that make chips. |
| Kyzen Network | The protocol: one on-chain instrument built from five parts, the Reserve, the Scheduler, Staking, the Gateway and Silicon markets. The name is never shortened to its first word. |
| Robinhood Chain | The network Kyzen Network runs on: chain ID 4663 (0x1237), gas in ETH, explorer robinhoodchain.blockscout.com. See Contract addresses. |
#Token and tax
The trade tax is taken in $KYZN and settles as ETH at each swap-back. Full rules: the token page and Trade tax.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Allocation | The division of the full supply at deployment: 90% (900,000,000 $KYZN) to the liquidity pool and 10% (100,000,000 $KYZN) to the team stream. There is no presale and no dev buy. |
| Burn | The permanent removal of $KYZN from total supply. Redemption burns the $KYZN redeemed. The Gateway burns its margin. |
| Development share | 1% of every pool trade, paid as ETH to the development wallet in the swap-back transaction. The owner can change the development wallet. |
| Enable trading | The owner call that opens trading in the pool. It runs once and starts the 30-minute max wallet window. Trading cannot be paused afterwards. |
| Liquidity lock | All LP tokens of the $KYZN/WETH pool, locked on UNCX (UniCrypt) for 12 months. |
| Max wallet | A limit of 2% of supply (20,000,000 $KYZN) per wallet for the first 30 minutes after trading is enabled. It is removed automatically. |
| Owner | The account permitted to change the token contract's adjustable settings. It can lower the tax, change the development wallet, set the swap threshold and enable trading once. It cannot raise the tax, change the Reserve or Staking addresses, blacklist, pause trading or mint. See Security model. |
| Pool | The Uniswap v2 $KYZN/WETH pair on Robinhood Chain, created through UniswapV2Factory (0x8bceaa40b9acdfaedf85adf4ff01f5ad6517937f). Every taxed trade passes through it. |
| Router02 | UniswapV2Router02 (0x89e5db8b5aa49aa85ac63f691524311aeb649eba). It supports fee-on-transfer tokens. The token contract sells collected tax through swapExactTokensForETHSupportingFeeOnTransferTokens. |
| Starting liquidity | 900,000,000 $KYZN paired with 3 ETH, which sets a starting fully diluted value of about 3.3 ETH. |
| Swap cap | The most a single swap-back sells: 0.25% of supply (2,500,000 $KYZN), and never more than the sell that triggers it. The owner cannot change it. |
| Swap threshold | The collected tax balance at which a sell triggers a swap-back: 0.05% of supply (500,000 $KYZN). The owner can set it between 0.01% (100,000 $KYZN) and 0.1% (1,000,000 $KYZN). |
| Swap-back | The sale of collected tax for ETH through Router02. It runs only on sells. The same transaction splits the ETH 2 : 1 : 1 between the Reserve, the Staking contract and the development wallet. |
| Tax exemption | Transfers that pay no trade tax: those of the token contract, the Reserve and the Staking contract, including its Compound buys, the Gateway settlement address, and the liquidity add that seeded the pool. |
| Team stream | The team's 10% (100,000,000 $KYZN) in a Sablier Lockup stream: a 6-month cliff, then linear release over 12 months. It is public from the day it is created. |
| Total supply | All $KYZN in existence, including staked tokens, the team stream, tax held by the token contract and the pool balance. It starts at 1,000,000,000 and only falls, through burns. |
| Trade tax | 4% of every buy and sell through the pool, taken in $KYZN and split 2% Reserve, 1% stakers, 1% development. Wallet-to-wallet transfers are untaxed. The owner can lower it and cannot raise it. See Trade tax. |
| WETH | Wrapped ETH on Robinhood Chain (0x0Bd7D308f8E1639FAb988df18A8011f41EAcAD73), the pair asset of the pool. |
#Reserve and redemption
The Reserve holds chip equity for every holder and pays redemptions in the assets themselves. Full rules: The Reserve and Redemption.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Backing per $KYZN | Reserve value divided by total supply. It updates every block and appears on the dashboard. It is not a floor: it sits below the market price early on. |
| Buy discipline | The rules for Reserve purchases: slices, time-weighted across the trading session, in market hours only, under a maximum slice and a Chainlink price bound. |
| Chip equity | Robinhood Stock Tokens of chip companies. Seven are eligible for the Reserve: NVDA, AMD, MU, SNDK, TSM, INTC and ASML. |
| Eligible chip token | A stock token with a Chainlink feed on Robinhood Chain. AVGO, AMAT, LRCX and KLAC exist as stock tokens and become eligible once Chainlink publishes a feed. |
| In kind | Paid in the assets themselves. Redemption pays every Reserve asset in kind, so it does not depend on a fresh price. |
| Keeper | The operator that submits Reserve purchases. The Reserve contract bounds every purchase by the maximum slice and the Chainlink price bound. |
| Market hours | The equity trading session. Reserve purchases and chip-equity payouts run in market hours only. |
| Maximum slice | The largest single purchase the Reserve contract accepts from the keeper. |
| Price bound | The limit, set against the Chainlink feed, that a Reserve purchase price must respect. The contract enforces it. |
| Redemption | Burning $KYZN for a pro-rata share of every Reserve asset, unconverted ETH included, at backing minus 2%. The share is measured against total supply. No cooldown, no tax. See Redemption. |
| Redemption fee | The 2% of a redeemed share that stays in the Reserve. It raises backing for every remaining holder. |
| Reserve | The smart contract that receives 2% of every trade as ETH, buys chip equity with it and honours redemption. Its address in the token contract cannot be changed. See The Reserve. |
| Reserve value | The sum of every Reserve asset at its Chainlink price, with unconverted ETH at the ETH/USD price. |
| Stock token | A Robinhood Stock Token: a standard ERC-20 with 18 decimals behind a beacon proxy, issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. Its feed price already includes the corporate-action multiplier. |
| Unconverted ETH | ETH the Reserve holds before the keeper buys chip equity with it. It counts toward backing at the ETH/USD price and is paid out pro-rata on redemption. |
| Weekend premium | The premium a stock token can carry while its equity market is closed. The Reserve buys in market hours only, so it never pays it. |
#Staking
Staking pays 1% of every trade, as ETH, to staked $KYZN only. Full rules: Staking.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Chip-equity payout | A payout mode in which claimed ETH buys NVDA or AMD stock tokens. It follows counsel review and runs in market hours only. |
| Claim | The pull-based collection of accrued rewards, from the Rewards view of the app, in the staker's payout mode. Rewards never expire. |
| Compound | A payout mode in which claimed ETH buys $KYZN from the pool with no trade tax and adds it to the stake. |
| Funding | The call to notifyRewards() that starts a reward stream. Anyone can make it, once every 24 hours. It streams that day's ETH over the next 24 hours. |
| Payout mode | The form a claim takes: ETH, Compound or chip equity. It is stored on-chain per staker and can be changed at any time. |
| Reward stream | The per-second release of one funding over 24 hours, pro-rata to stake. A 1 ETH funding streams about 0.0000115741 ETH per second across all stakers. |
| Staked $KYZN | $KYZN held in the Staking contract. Only staked $KYZN earns the 1%. It unstakes at any time with no fee and no tax, and is unstaked before redemption. |
| Staking contract | The contract that receives 1% of every trade as ETH, holds staked $KYZN and streams rewards. It is exempt from the trade tax, and its address in the token contract cannot be changed. |
| Total staked | All $KYZN in the Staking contract. A stake earns its size divided by total staked of each second of the stream. |
#Scheduler
The Scheduler publishes its memo before each monthly rotation and writes five stage weights on-chain. Full rules: The Scheduler.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Binding stage | The supply-chain stage the Scheduler names as the constraint for the month. The dashboard shows it as Current bottleneck. |
| Bottleneck Model | The model behind the Scheduler: a LoRA fine-tune of Qwen3.8-27B (Apache 2.0) or DeepSeek V4 Flash (MIT). It writes the memo. It does not pick stocks. |
| Memo | The public document that explains each monthly read. It publishes before every rotation. The first publishes the day trading is enabled. |
| Rotation | The monthly change of the Reserve's target to new stage weights, on a fixed date. The first follows the first memo by 30 days. The dashboard shows the date as Next rotation. |
| Rulebook | The rules that set the five stage weights from the scorecard, with the 50% stage cap. |
| Scheduler | The part of Kyzen Network that reads the chip supply chain and sets the Reserve's stage weights each month. See The Scheduler. |
| Scorecard | The published inputs of each read: DRAM and HBM contract prices, HBM and CoWoS lead times, fab and packaging capacity announcements, equipment order data, datacenter power constraints and earnings-call language for each stage. |
| Stage | One of five parts of the chip supply chain: Design, Memory, Fab, Equipment and Power. |
| Stage cap | No stage may exceed 50% of the Reserve. |
| Stage mapping | The assignment of eligible tokens to stages. Design: NVDA, AMD. Memory: MU, SNDK. Fab: TSM, INTC. Equipment: ASML. Power has no stock token, so its weight is held in Design. |
| Stage weights | The five percentages the Scheduler sets each month. They are written on-chain. |
| Weight registry | The on-chain contract that stores the stage weights. The owner sets them, and each rotation emits an event. |
#Gateway
Gateway requests cost the host dollar rate plus 10%, and the 10% is burned. Full rules: Gateway.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| API key | A Gateway credential issued on a wallet signature. Signing is not a transaction. Rate limits apply per wallet. |
| Gateway | The OpenAI-compatible endpoint and web app where open-weight models are paid for in $KYZN. See Gateway. |
| Host | A third-party inference provider whose terms permit resale, such as DeepInfra or Novita. Gateway capacity is prepaid third-party inference. |
| Margin | The 10% the Gateway adds to the host dollar rate. It is burned. |
| Open-weight model | A model whose weights are published. The Gateway serves DeepSeek V4, Kimi K3, GLM-5.3 and Qwen3.8, and no closed models. |
| Settlement window | The period over which the Gateway settles. For each window it sells the $KYZN needed to pay the host bill and burns the rest. |
#Silicon markets
A synthetic position below 150% collateral is liquidated by Dutch auction. Full rules: Silicon markets.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Attested feed | The Kyzen Network price feed for DRAM, HBM4 and CoWoS. It has a published methodology, multiple sources and a dispute window. |
| B200-HR | A synthetic for the B200 GPU-hour, priced from public rental spot markets, hourly. |
| Collateral | $KYZN plus USDG, with at least 50% in $KYZN, posted to mint synthetics. |
| Collateral ratio | Collateral value divided by the value of the synthetics minted against it. The minimum is 150%. |
| CoWoS capacity | A synthetic for CoWoS packaging capacity, priced by the attested feed. |
| Dispute window | The period during which an attested-feed value can be challenged. |
| DRAM index | A synthetic for a DRAM price index, priced by the attested feed. |
| Dutch auction | The liquidation method for positions below the 150% ratio: the collateral is offered at a falling price until it sells. |
| Frontier-hour composite | A synthetic for a composite GPU-hour, priced from public rental spot markets, hourly. |
| H100-HR | A synthetic for the H100 GPU-hour, priced from public rental spot markets, hourly. |
| HBM4 contract | A synthetic for the HBM4 contract price, priced by the attested feed. |
| Silicon markets | The thirteen markets in the app's Markets view: seven stock tokens and six synthetics. See Silicon markets. |
| Synthetic | An oracle-priced token that tracks a chip commodity with no equity. It is minted against $KYZN and USDG collateral and trades in Uniswap v4 pools against USDG. |
| Synthetic fees | The mint fee, borrow fee, liquidation penalty and swap fees on seeded pools. They flow to the Reserve and stakers. Levels are set before each market opens. |
| USDG | The second collateral asset for synthetics, and the asset their Uniswap v4 pools trade against. |
#Third parties
The stock-token issuer, Chainlink and the Robinhood Chain sequencer hold powers no Kyzen Network contract can override. Full rules: Price feeds and Security model.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| adminBurn(address,uint256) | The issuer's power to burn stock tokens from any holder, the Reserve included. The Reserve discloses it. |
| Chainlink feed | The price source for every Reserve asset: one feed per stock token, plus ETH/USD. Chainlink classes the tokenized-equity feeds as high risk. See Price feeds. |
| Corporate action | A company event, such as a stock split, that changes a stock token's multiplier. The feed pauses while it is applied. |
| Feed schedule | Tokenized-equity feeds update 24 hours a day, five days a week. When markets close, a feed holds its last price and publishes no off-hours heartbeat. |
| Issuer | Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, which issues the stock tokens. It holds pause and unpause, adminBurn(address,uint256), pauseOracle and multiplier updates. |
| Multiplier | The issuer-set factor that adjusts a stock token for corporate actions. Chainlink feed prices already include it. |
| pause and unpause | The issuer's power to pause and resume a stock token. A redemption pays every other asset at once and records the paused asset's share as a claim, collected once it unpauses. |
| pauseOracle | The issuer's power to pause a stock token's price oracle. |
| Restricted-address screening | The Robinhood Chain sequencer screens transactions against a restricted-address list (ArbOS compliance filtering). |
| Staleness bound | The maximum age the Reserve accepts for a feed price, read from the feed's updatedAt. Redemption pays in kind and does not depend on it. |
| US persons | Robinhood Stock Tokens may not be offered, sold or delivered to US persons. Further restrictions apply in Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Kyzen Network does not geoblock; its terms govern access. |
